The craftsmen within Maintenance Platoon provide automotive,
mechanical, electrical, weapon maintenance and support to
maintain the combat readiness of the Canadian Forces land
element. They must be able to make these repairs in all
types of combat conditions.
The personnel working in a Maintenance Platoon ensure the
operational fitness of land element equipment except for
communications and aircraft.
12 Service Battalion Maintenance Platoon currently has
