The Battalion Headquarters is where the Battalion Commander and his senior staff coordinate and run the Battalion.

The Commanding Officer is
Lieutenant-Colonel Romano Acconci.
The Deputy Commanding Officer is
Major Ben Roth.
The Regimental Sergeant Major is
Chief Warrant Officer Carsten Sorensen.

Headquarters is responsible for planning battalion operations, staffing, administration, pay, food services, supply, recruiting and pre-basic training for new soldiers. The principal staffers of Headquarters are:

Captain Cameron Walker, HQ Company Commander
Warrant Officer P.G. Taylor, HQ Coy Sergeant-Major

Headquarters encompasses the Battalion Orderly Room which handles all administration and finance for the Battalion. The Orderly Room senior staff are:

Captain Scott Edmiston, Adjutant
Captain Ahn Foort, Non-Public Funds Officer
Sergeant Wanda Bull, A/Chief Clerk

The recruiting and new soldier training cells are staffed by:

Lieutenant R. Quinn, Recruiting Officer

In addition, a significant element of Battalion Headquarters is the
Operations Cell. The Operations Cell is responsible for the coordination of all Battalion training including individual trades and professional
training.

In the field the Operations Cell is becomes Log Ops - the Logistics
Operations Centre for the brigade. Log Ops is responsible for coordinating all second line combat service support of the other units in the brigade. On a routine basis operations is combined with the training coordinators forming Ops & Training. The principal staffers are:

Warrant Officer Chris Beattie, Unit Training Advisor (UTA)
Master Warrant Officer Anthony Baugh-Allen, Ops & Trg WO
